nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor child, aged about 2 years, before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.

The petition itself discloses that the respondent no. 2 has the custody of the minor child since 24.07.2025, and that the petitioner has also filed a petition under Section 6 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 before the learned Family Court, which is pending adjudication.

The petitioner must avail of appropriate legal remedies rather than multiplying litigation. We, therefore, find no merit in the present petition.

The petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of her remedies in accordance with law.
