The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to seek the direction for learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North-West, Rohini Court, Delhi that on filing of Civil Suit for declaration by the petitioner, same be marked in the Court of learned ADJIV, North-West, Rohini Court, Delhi, where the original suit for specific performance and permanent injunction is pending. The petitioner herein is the plaintiff before the learned Trial Court. 4.
