By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 1329/2025 dated 28.12.2025, registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli, District Outer North, Delhi, under Sections 109(l)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Abhinav Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
