By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 174/2024, dated 29.02.2024, registered at Police Station Narela, under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

At the very outset, Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, states that charges are yet to be framed. 3.

Mr. J.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to move the Special Court at the appropriate stage.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submission. 5.
