This petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of H.M.A. No.1969/2015 filed by the respondent herein from the Court of Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Family Court Dwarka.

The respondent who is husband of the petitioner submits that there are only two cases pending between the parties, one at Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi which is filed by the respondent herein and the other at Family Courts, Dwarka Courts, Delhi which is filed by the petitioner herein.

He further submits that he has no objection if the petition bearing H.M.A. No.1969/2015 filed by him in the Family Courts, Tis Hazari is transferred to Family Court, Dwarka.

In view of the no-objection given by the respondent, the petition bearing H.M.A.No.1969/2015 filed by the respondent and pending in Court of Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka Court, New Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties are directed to appear before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka Court, New Delhi on 30th May, 2017. 6.
It is directed that the case file of case bearing H.M.A. No.1969/2015 under Hindu Marriage Act filed by the respondent and listed on 25th May, 2017 be sent to the transferee Court for 30th May, 2017. 7.
With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. 8.
A copy of this order be sent to the Courts concerned through Special Messenger.
