grievances ventilated in the present petition have since been redressed, which perhaps explains the absence of the Petitioners on last several dates. 3.
Order sheets indicate that the Petitioners are unrepresented since September, 2023, despite the matter having been listed on several occasions thereafter. As per the status report, the address H. No. 10/2018, Dakshinpuri, New Delhi was visited and Ms. Krishna/Petitioner No. 1 was found residing along with her two children aged 7 years and 2 1⁄2 years. She was asked if there was any fresh complaint of threatening but she denied. Contact numbers of the Beat Constable, Division Officer and SHO, PS: Ambedkar Nagar were provided to her to enable her to call them in case of any help or untoward incident. No call was, however, received thereafter. 4.
Insofar as preservation of the CCTV footage is concerned, it is stated in the status report dated 24.02.2022 that the CCTV footage of Ward No. 4B, Jail No. 4, Tihar, Delhi for the period commencing from 05.01.2022 to 10.01.2022 has been duly preserved.
5.
It is submitted on behalf of the Respondents that the accused i.e. husband of Petitioner No. 1 is presently lodged in Special Security Ward i.e. Ward No. 4B in cell No. 02 under proper safety/security and surveillance of the Prison Authority.
6.
In view of both the status reports, no further order is required to be passed. Liberty is, however, given to the Petitioners to approach this Court in case of any fresh cause of action.
7.
Petition stands disposed of.
