Petitioner seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 02.02.2026, whereby the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate dismissed his application, whereby he sought quashing of the perjury proceedings and his discharge. 2.
After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the limited request that the observation in paragraph 9 of the impugned order, to the effect that the alleged perjury was aimed with financial motive and was premeditated, be not read by the Labour Court while deciding the Labour Court Reference. 3.
The said observation in paragraph 9 of the impugned order appears to have been the reason why it was considered expedient in the interest of justice to conduct perjury proceedings. The same cannot have a bearing on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
