3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the winter vacations are already over, he will, instead of pressing the present appeal, approach the learned Family Court by way of an appropriate application to getting permission for his parents to meet the minor child. He, however, prays that the learned Family Court may be directed to consider the said application expeditiously as per law.
4. In the light of the aforesaid, the appeal is alongwith the accompanying applications dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court seeking permission for the parents of the appellant to meet the minor child subject to conditions as may be imposed by the learned Family Court. Further, we request the learned Family Court to expeditiously decide any such application made by the appellant by keeping in mind that wherever possible, the grandparents of the minor child should also be granted an opportunity to meet the child.
