% 14.08.2018 It is submitted on behalf of either side that the parties have arrived at a settlement vide a Mediation Settlement dated 18.07.2018 arrived at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre pursuant to which the possession of the tenanted premises bearing House No. 167, Ground Floor (back side portion), Jeevan Nagar, Gurudwara Bala Sahib Road Ashram, New Delhi has already been handed over to the petitioner with the keys of the premises in the presence of the Mediator itself and also alongwith clearance all the arrears of rent, electricity and water charges.
