By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.484/2023 dated 15.08.2023 registered at PS.: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi under Sections 304/147/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).
