% 27.04.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 886/2015 under Sections 308/341/323/34 IPC registered at PS Patel Nagar on the complaint of respondent No. 2.

Learned ASC for the State points out that in the abovenoted FIR besides the two petitioners there are two more accused and respondent No. 2 is the complainant/victim and respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are the other victims. Respondent Nos. 2,3,4 and 5 are present in Court. Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 states that they have not settled the matter with the petitioners. W.P.(CRL) 230/2017

Petition is thus dismissed.
