% 14.08.2018 Mr. Sunil Mehra, LR of the deceased petitioner is present with his Aadhar card. Photocopy of the same be placed on record. A Mediation Settlement dated 18.07.2018, received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, is on record, which indicates that as per the said agreement arrived at between the parties, the respondent has agreed to vacate the tenanted premises on 31.12.2019. The LR of the petitioner submits that the settlement has been arrived at voluntarily.
In view of the said submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the submissions that he seeks to withdraw the RC.REV. 41/2013, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties vide Mediation Settlement dated 18.07.2018.
