Learned counsel for the parties submits that the valuation of the suit property for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than two crores and the defendant's office falls within the jurisdiction of South East District as such requests to send the matter to the Ld District & Session Judge (South-East District), Saket Court. Hence, in view of the submission and circumstances, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (South-East District) Saket Court for 16.08.2016.
