% 09.02.2026 CM APPL. 8754/2026 (Exemption) 1.

Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 1811/2026 3.

Issue notice.

4.

We direct Mr. Piyush Beriwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, to waive notice in the matter. 5.

The only issue which warrants consideration is whether the pending appeal of the petitioner be directed to be expeditiously decided. 6.

Since the order passed is innocuous, no further time is required to be granted to the respondents to seek instructions in the matter. Though, a The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. specific adjournment is sought by the learned counsel for the respondents. 7.

Admittedly, the appeal of the petitioner is pending before the appellate authority which is yet to be decided. 8.

It is the case of the petitioner that an effort was made to get the appeal decided expeditiously by moving an application for early hearing. However, the same has not yielded any fruits.

9.

In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to appear before the appellate authority on 23rd February, 2026, with their written notes of arguments.

10.

We expect the appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of appearance i.e. 23rd February, 2026. 11.

The petition accordingly, stands disposed of. NITIN WASUDEO SAMBRE, J AJAY DIGPAUL, J FEBRUARY 9, 2026 Sk/yr The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 11/02/2026 at 11:39:11
