The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:
"Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to issue refund along with up-to-date interest for AY 2018-19 as the inaction of the Respondents is unjust, arbitrary and against the provision of the Income Tax Act, 1961"

Mr Rai, the learned counsel for the Revenue on instructions states that the refund has been processed and would be credited to the account of the petitioner shortly.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance stands addressed. The petition is disposed of.
