This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order directing the Respondent to immediately inspect and cease all unauthorized commercial activities on the said land. b. Direct the Respondent to ensure strict compliance with MPD-2021 and guidelines issued vide office order No. D-1257/EE (B)/HQ/07 dated 30.10.2007.

c. Direct the Respondent MCD to take necessary action against the owners/occupants/operators of the said agricultural land for conducting unauthorized commercial activities." 3.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent/MCD. Paragraph 3 of the status report is set out below: "3. That the respondent submits that as per the record maintained the property in question is registered for holding social functions as per circular no.D-55/CE(B)/HQ/2022 Dated 28/10/2022. The owner/occupier has submitted Rs. 77000/- for the permission for W.P.(C) 1309/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. holding social function for the year 2023 vide G-8 receipt No.28201 dated 23/01/2023.

Further, the owner/occupier submitted Rs. 528840/- as charges for holding social function vide G-8 receipt No. EBH300112 Dated 10/02/2025. The permission for holding social function was granted by D.C/NRZ vide order dated 23/01/2023."

Taking note of the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
