O R D E R

% 24.01.2017 Petitioner no.1 is father of respondent no.2. Petitioner nos.2 to 4 are the sisters of respondent no.2.

Present FIR No.72/2016 under Sections 323/341/379/380/382/389/390/451/452/506/34 IPC was registered at police station Sector-23, Dwarka on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably and in view thereof FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Kishan Kumar PS Sector23, Dwarka. She submits that she has settled the matter with petitioners of

her own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. She further submits that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against all the petitioners, who are represented either individually or through their representatives.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.72/2016 under Sections 323/341/379/380/382/389/390/451/452/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sector-23, Dwarka, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
