The present petition was filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent no.1 has failed in discharging its functions and official duties as prescribed under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 and the Delhi Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2007 inasmuch as no action was taken pursuant to the reference submitted by the petitioner.

During the course of hearing, it is apprised that after the filing of the present petition, the respondent no.1 has initiated appropriate proceedings pursuant to the complaint filed by the petitioner. 3.

Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present petition. The same is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
