% 05.03.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.185/2013 under Sections 323/420/406/354/506/509/452/34 IPC registered at PS Dwarka on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that pursuant to investigation in the above noted FIR, a cancellation report was filed by the SHO, PS Sector-23, W.P.(CRL) 143/2017

Dwarka, which has since been accepted by the learned Trial Court on 22nd September, 2017. The cancellation report having been accepted, thus, no proceedings pursuant to FIR No.185/2013 subsist against the petitioner or any other accused.

Petition is thus disposed of as infructuous.
