Attention is also drawn to an order dated 11.05.2016 passed in LPA 295/2016, wherein, it has been held by the Division Bench of this Court that there is no warrant to interfere in a case where both the Licensing Authority and the Appellate Authority have concurrently taken a view that the petitioner was not entitled to an arms license. 5.
In the aforesaid circumstances, and considering that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
