This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking early hearing of the main petition on the ground that the account of the petitioner has been frozen and due to this reason the petitioner is undergoing acute financial hardship.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. Mehrotra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Mr. Sinha, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.2.

The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. W.P.(C) 1839/2026 6.
Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 Bank, states that the disputed amount involved in the present case is Rs. 7,100/- . 7.
Since, the disputed amount is Rs. 7,100/-, it is directed that respondent No. 2 bank shall maintain a lien on the amount of Rs. 7,100/- and subject to the above, the petitioner shall be permitted to operate his bank account. Additionally, the petitioner shall submit all KYC documents to respondent No. 2 bank within 1 week from today. 8.
In view of the order passed, Mr. Manjani, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press the present petition and the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
