% 18.02.2019 Crl.M.A. No. 35330/2018 By this application, the appellant seeks release of the surety bond furnished by his brother Shiv Prasad which was furnished by him during the course of trial as surety bond.

Learned APP for the State submits that an FDR has been furnished as surety bond during the course of trial which is at page 43 of the Trial Court record. Since the appellant has undergone the sentence and in any case the bail granted during the course of trial is infructuous, the Registry is directed to release the FDR furnished as surety bond lying at page 43 of the paper book. Application is disposed off.

CRL.A. 22/2017 Appellant is present in person. He states that after undergoing the sentence and paying fine he has been released. The nominal roll of the appellant has also been received as per which the appellant has been released from jail on 15th August, 2018.

Appellant states that he does not wish to pursue the above noted appeal.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed.
