The petitioner is TGT (Sanskrit) in the respondent No. 2-School. She has been served with a chargesheet on 13.05.2024, pursuant to which inquiry proceedings were commenced against her, and she was also placed under suspension.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "a) Directing Respondents to immediately change the venue of the Disciplinary Proceeding from 'School' to some independent venue within the control of the Respondent no.1/DoE; b) Appoint an impartial, unbiased Inquiry Officer, having knowledge of procedures to conduct Disciplinary Proceeding replacing present Inquiry Officer/Respondent no.5;

c) Cost of this Petition may also be granted to the Petitioner;" 3.

who appears on advance notice, states that the inquiry proceedings have already concluded, and an inquiry report has been submitted to the Disciplinary Action Committee of the respondent-School. He submits that further action will be taken in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the relief sought in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. It is made clear that all rights and remedies of the petitioner remain reserved, including the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending applications, stand disposed of.
