Petitioner seeks direction to respondents to take immediate legal action in accordance with law against the unauthorized construction which is going on at property bearing No. Khasra Nos. 649/2, 650, 654, 656, 658, 659, 660, 716, 717 & 718 at Village Quadipur, Delhi. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent/DDA appears on advance notice and, according to him, no complaint of such nature is, presently, pending with Special Task Force as is evident from the portal of Special Task Force (STF). However, at the same time, it is submitted that if there is a direction by this Court, they would consider the contentions made in the writ petition and would decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

It is also submitted that as per the instructions, some action was earlier taken in December 2023 and on 06.06.2024 with respect to some of the properties mentioned in the present matter. Keeping in mind the aforesaid and also at the request of Sh. Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to treat the writ petition as a representation and to dispose that of in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to say, it will be open to the respondent/DDA to give personal hearing to the petitioner and also to the alleged occupier/owner of the property in question before taking any final decision in the matter.
