By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 354/2025 dated 18.09.2025, registered at Police Station Dwarka South under Sections 308(2) and 308(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, alongwith all further proceedings arising therefrom, insofar as they relate to the petitioner.

The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of CRL.M.C. 8528/2025 seeking quashing of the same FIR. The said petition came to be disposed of on 01.12.2025 in the following terms: "1. After making submissions for some time, Mr. Akshay Verma, counsel for the Petitioner, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.

3. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open." 3.

of two months thereafter, through a different counsel, seeking the very same relief as was sought in the aforesaid petition. 4.

After some hearing, Mr. Ratnesh Sharma, learned counsel, instructed by Ms. Armita Verma, learned counsel, whose vakalatnama is on record, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the Trial Court.

The petition, alongwith all pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
