This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes which have arisen between the parties under the MoU dated 09.09.2016.

Mr. Vikramjeet Singh, Deputy Manager, Legal, who is present in Court, has handed over an authorisation letter signed by Mr. Prahlad Singh, Vice President, Legal, who has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. It is stated that a new arrangement has been entered into between the parties and, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
