Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the observations made by this Court in its order dated 05.08.2024, the respondents have cancelled the impugned order dated 26.03.2024. He further submits that an appropriate order commensurate with the petitioner's present medical condition will be issued shortly. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is disposed of by taking the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the respondents on record.
