Learned counsel for petitioner submits that yesterday itself he filed certain documents and he shall ensure that the same come on record within one week.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition for grant of parole in FIR No.629/2016 of PS Mukherjee Nagar for offence under Section 302/34 IPC as he has already filed an application for release on furlough which is pending before the competent authority. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the directions to the competent authority to dispose of furlough application of the petitioner within two weeks and thereafter, depending upon the decision or even indecision of the competent authority, petitioner shall have liberty to file fresh petition for furlough.
