The present petition is filed seeking issuance of Look Out Circular against one accused, namely, Gaurav Bhardwaj who is claimed to be currently residing in United States of America. 2.

It is pointed out that the chargesheet in FIR No. 210/2023 registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, has already been filed in which cognizance has been taken by the learned Trial Court. 3.

The petitioner has also filed a protest petition alleging that the investigation is not being carried out in a proper manner. 4.

Undisputedly, the learned Trial Court is seized of the said issue and no comments can be made in that regard. 5.

With regard to the necessity for issuance of Look Out Circular, the same would be considered by the Police or the learned Trial Court at the relevant time and no orders can be passed at this stage.
