% 12.04.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property to the petitioner on 31st March, 2017 in terms of the order dated 20th January, 2017.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has also received the outstanding licence fee.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of and the notice is discharged.

The Deputy Registrar of this Court shall release the keys deposited by respondent No. 7, as recorded in the order dated 20th January, 2017, to the petitioner.
