As per office note, bank guarantee has been filed as a security. Learned counsel for decree holder submits that banker is not available today for verification of bank guarantee and seeks an adjournment. Heard. Allowed.

Decree holder shall ensure the presence of banker who may join the proceedings either through video conferencing or by appearing in person in the Court.
