Admittedly, there is an alternative remedy under Rule 11 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, against the impugned action. The petitioner, therefore, shall be at liberty to avail the said remedy. 2.

If there is any limitation for such an appeal, the period which the petitioner has spent in availing in writ remedy, shall be excluded. 3.

Leaving all rights and contentions open, the petition stands disposed of.
