The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, i.e. Dr. Suneeta Sudershan stating inter alia that the respondents No.1 and 2 are in contempt of the order dated 22.12.2016 passed in LPA 718/2016, whereunder it was directed that "status quo obtaining as of today be maintained in all respects". 2.

As recorded in the order dated 24.01.2017, in view of the dispute as to whether respondent No.2, Dr. Asha or Dr. Kavita Sharma have taken over as the Warden of the Hostel as on 22.12.2016, it was deemed appropriate to CONT.CAS(C) 18/2017

appoint respondent No.1, the Principal of the College to operate all the bank accounts of the College Hostel.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the order dated 24.01.2017, he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

The contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed alongwith the pending application.
