% 11.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for permanent and mandatory injunction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that plaintiffs have filed an application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the plaint by enhancing the pecuniary jurisdiction. Since, as of today the valuation of the suit is Rs.25,00,000/- , it would be appropriate that the said application may be considered by the subordinate Court as and when the file is received. dated 24th November,2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District Judge Patiala House (New Delhi), Patiala House
