This is a petition under Article 226 read with Section 227 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

"a) Issue a writ of certiorari, and/ or any other appropriate writ of the like nature quashing/ setting aside the Communication dated 31.01.2026 issued by the Respondent Bank requiring the Petitioner to appear for a personal hearing without providing copies of the relied upon documents;

b) Issue a writ of Mandamus, and/ or any other appropriate writ of the like nature prohibiting the Respondent and / or its servants, agents, assignees and officers and / or any one claiming through or under it from giving any effect and/or further effect and / or taking any steps and / or acting in furtherance of the Show Cause Notice dated 03.03.2025 till the relied upon documents are provided to the Petitioner; and..." 2.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent, has handed over a letter dated 09.02.2026 which reads as under:

In view of the letter dated 09.02.2026, holding that the documents sought for in the letter of 06.02.2026 by the petitioner will be supplied to the petitioner, it seems that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. In case the same are not available, their status shall be indicated to the petitioner. Only thereafter the petitioner shall be granted at least 04 weeks to make a meaningful reply and a personal hearing shall be scheduled at least after a period of 02 weeks thereafter.
