By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.

For the reasons stated therein, the present application is allowed with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking remedies in accordance with law, including filing an application seeking grant of bail on the ground of parity.
