After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition since appropriate proceedings under Section 156 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have already been initiated and are still pending before the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-05 (JMFC-05), North, Rohini Courts, New Delhi.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
