CRL.M.(BAIL) 723/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks 'extension' of interim bail which was granted vidé order dated 16.02.2026 by 02 weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that by the said order, this court had granted interim bail to the petitioner for a period of 02 weeks commencing 21.02.2026; however, the petitioner has still not been able to avail the relief since she is also an accused in another case, which was subject matter of BAIL APPL. Counsel points-out, that vidé order dated 13.03.2026 in BAIL APPL. No. 838/2026, this Bench has also granted interim bail to the petitioner for 02 weeks in light of the bail granted vidé order dated 16.02.2026.However, by reason of bail having been granted in the other matter on 13.03.2026 and due to other intervening circumstances, the petitioner has not been able to avail interim bail at all. 4.

Counsel submits, that the ground for seeking interim bail is the serious medical condition of the petitioner's minor son, which remains unaddressed.

Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP appears on behalf of the State on advance copy; accepts notice; and does not oppose the relief sought. 7.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. 8.

Accordingly, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of 02 weeks from the date of her release on the same conditions as were imposed vidé order dated 16.02.2026.
