The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos. 1 and 3 had entered into a settlement which was recorded vide dated 29.02.2024.

Subsequently, order dated 30.09.2024 records that Defendant Nos. 2, 4 and 5 to 13 had already been proceeded ex-parte vide order dated 26.05.2022. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the Plaintiff does not wish to pursue the Suit against Defendant Nos. 2, 4 and 5 to 13 and would like to withdraw the present Suit. 4.

Accordingly, the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn against Defendant Nos. 2, 4 and 5 to 13.

Accordingly, the Suit as well as all the pending Applications stand disposed of.
