A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for protection from Respondent No.3 to 5.

The Respondent No.5 is the daughter of the Petitioner, while Respondent No.3 and 4 are the maternal uncle and aunt of Respondent No.5. Apparently it is a dispute inter-se the family members. 3.

Learned counsel on behalf of Respondent No.3 to 5 submits that the incident in regard to which the present petition has been filed by the Petitioner has resulted in registration of FIR No.64/2025 under Section 117/ 126(2)/351(3)/3(5) of BNSS P.S. Shaheen Bagh and the Chargesheet is likely to be filed soon.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since it is a family matter, they are making an endeavour for family settlement. Learned counsel further submits that the registration of FIR is only the consequence of present Petition.
