By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 65/2024 dated 30.05.2024, registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi.

The applicant was released on interim bail on medical grounds by interim order of this Court dated 26.02.2026. 3.

Mr. Tushar Thareja, learned counsel for the applicant, states that the applicant has passed away on 14.03.2026, while he was on interim bail. The Investigating Officer has also verified this position. 4.

In view of the demise of the applicant, the bail application, alongwith the pending application, has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
