O R D E R
% 09.02.2026 1.
Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 606/2025 of Police Station Mehrauli for offence under Section 74/76/79/3(5) BNS on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has compromised the dispute with the petitioners.
2.
Learned ASC, at the outset, accepts notice and strongly opposes the petition on the ground of seriousness of allegations, which have also been affirmed by the respondent no.2 in her statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC. Further, from the FIR it appears that some beat constable also was involved in these offences, so the IO/SI Vandana submits that she will investigate on those lines as well.
