The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking modification of order dated 22.03.2024.

(c) imposed vide order dated 22.03.2024, it was inadvertently mentioned in the prayer clause that he was seeking modification of condition no. (d). 5.
At his oral request and in view of the contents of the application itself which seek modification of condition no. (c), this Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner qua modification of the same. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition no. (c) is modified to that extent since the accused is in judicial custody and All India Institute of Medical Sciences is a premier health care institution which provides free treatment to the citizens of this country and since the accused will be deemed to be in judicial custody while being treated, all expenses will be borne by the State and not by the petitioner. 7.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of. 8.
