An application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner / applicant for grant of interim bail in FIR No. 0007/2021, under Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at PS: Khyala, Delhi. Sections 147/148/149 IPC have been subsequently invoked.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from IO, submits that petitioner's brother and wife of petitioner's brother are also residing in the same premises, and as such, other family members are available for taking care of the process of admission of children. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of case and since, no documents in support of admission process of children have been placed on record, no grounds for interim bail are made out. Application is accordingly dismissed. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
