% 06.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the additional district judge/trial court by review application to point out that the petitioner was incarcerated in a criminal case on false charges which led to default in timely and effective prosecution of the case. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
