% 31.07.2017 Learned Additional Standing counsel for the State has placed on record copy of the order dated 23rd May, 2017 by which the application for grant of parole of the petitioner was rejected. By the present petition, the petitioner requests that he be released on parole three months in order to enable him to look after his old mother who is suffering from knee joint pain and to arrange finance. Learned Additional Standing counsel points out that the petitioner has already been granted two weeks furlough which is yet to be availed of by the petitioner. Let the petitioner avail of furlough for the purpose for which this petition has been filed. The petition is disposed of accordingly. VINOD GOEL, J.
