By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the continuity of the petitioner's name kept in 'bad character' list/ surveillance register at P.S. Kashmere Gate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case has not been reviewed by the competent authority and the last two involvements mentioned in the Status Report are cross FIRs arising from family disputes.

Issue notice.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that the petitioner's grievance will be considered by the concerned DCP and the continuation of his name in the bad character category in the surveillance register would also be reviewed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
