% 12.03.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the Look-Out Circular issued against him in the investigation arising from ECIR/GNZO/18/2021 dated 28.10.2021. Vidé CRL.M.A. 4305/2026 the petitioner seeks suspension of the Look Out Circular, in order to travel to China for a period of 02 weeks from 17.03.2026 to 01.04.2026.
At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Directorate of Enforcement (respondent No.3) submits, that the petitioner's name features in the subject ECIR (though investigation against him is not yet complete), W.P.(CRL) 470/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which ECIR has been filed before the learned Special Court in Gurugram; and accordingly, the court of competent territorial jurisdiction would be the said Special Court or the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the court of competent territorial jurisdiction, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
Let a copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
