The petitioner is assailing the impugned order dated 27.09.2024 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, South West, Dwarka Court, Delhi, whereby the application of the petitioner, who is the defendant no.1 in the suit filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the present civil revision petition without prejudice.

However, it s requested that since the trial is going on for more than five years, a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court to decide the matter in a time bound manner.
