It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner has impugned two orders in the present petition i.e. 03.05.2023 and 08.01.2024. However, the petitioner had also filed a review petition before the learned NCDRC with respect to one of the impugned orders and the said review petition has been dismissed on 12.02.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner has concealed this material fact in the present petition. 2.
The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had filed a review petition only with respect to the impugned order dated 08.01.2024, the factum of which he has not disclosed in the present petition. 3.
At this stage, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4.
